o Make marketing plans to promote company’s produce to be accepted by customers
o Gather marketing data to make a marketing database (4 Ps)
o Execute market communication efficiently by coordinate with related cells
o Manage to development of distribution channels to increase the potential and strength of the channels in the long term and suggest about increasing or reducing the amount of distributors to the manager
o Cooperate with team to determine strategic policy and product sale plan, always manage efficiently and improve to solve problems in accordance with market situation and competitive situation
o Control sale to achieve sale target and summarize reports and suggestions to the manager
o Pursue with market movement and situation, competition economic situation, wholesaling and consumer behaviour and report to the manager
o Control selling price to be appropriate with market situation and company's policies
o Monitor and bolster sale to get the specified goals in the appointed area and products and inform sale related news to distributors such as monthly news, discount target, and sale promotion
o Visit distributors, dealers and related organizations to collect marketing, sale, distribution, economic, competition, and project works
o Follow product debt payment and regularly consider about financial situation of distributors
o Do other tasks as reasonably assigned by manager

o Bachelor degree in sale and marketing, business administration or other relevant field
o At least 2-3 years of working experience in construction company
o Knowledge of in MS Office (MS Word & MS Excel), Power point and internet
o Knowledge of sale and marketing management, regulation and guideline
o Good oral and written both English and Khmer
o Good at planning, interpersonal skills, problem solving and critical thinking skills
o Attention to detail and accuracy in numeracy
o Be friendly, hard-working, flexible, honest and willing to work as a team
o Be able to work under pressure with high responsibility
